Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. All orders ship either UPS or USPS and are based upon the total weight of the sale.

Due to fuel surcharges shipping costs are estimates and are subject to change. We will notify you if any additional charges apply.

Magnolia Honey Company reserves the right to substitute flavors depending on availability. If your order depends on a certain flavor let us know in the comment section of your order form. Be advised shipping may be delayed.

Shipping charges on this site are based on rates in the continental US only. Please call or email us for international rates.

UPS and USPS charge for incorrect shipping addresses Please make sure that all your shipping info is correct. If you send us an inaccurate address, you will be responsible for additional shipping and handling charges.

Refund Policy

Return Policy If a jar is accidentally broken during shipment, we will gladly replace it. Please check your order immediately and email us within 48 hours.
