Since 2003 Magnolia Honey Company has produced the finest in honey-sweetened products. Founder, Shan Miller launched Magnolia Honey Company with a simple idea to create a healthy, tasty alternative to traditional, refined sugar-sweetened products. Located in Woodville Mississippi and armed with a handed-down recipe, one stove top kettle, and loads of determination, Shan created the first of many delicious flavors, Raspberry William Honey Jelly.

Magnolia Honey Company started to grow and with growth came the addition of new flavors, and new people! Raven Lewis and Gena Sessions are Shan's business partners and together they work hard to provide their customers with not only the best in gourmet honey products but the best in customer service.

Residents of Wilkinson County have long enjoyed some of the finest honey produced anywhere. The bees that produce this honey have been bred right here in this little corner of Mississippi since 1947.

The largest independent honey producer in the world travels each spring to Wilkinson County to breed his bees and grow his queens. The isolation of this area lessens the risk of disease commonly known to affect bees and the luscious clover and low wind conditions make this area ideal for breeding bees.

A wonderful sight in Wilkinson County are the many white bee boxes that dot the countryside until early summer.
